Jesus was close to Lazarus b4 his death and felt so sorry for him(any sane human being would've done same- remember Jesus was half human and half spirit.) so He wept! *

That is true. He was close to Laz. If u carefuly thou. U'd notice that Jesus did say that his SICKNESS was not unto DEATH but its for the GLORY of GOD? Why then, would Jesus weep KNOWIN it was not unto death??? *

Jesus had the same emotions we have, and because Lazarus was a close friend, he went through that emotion, but the main reason for His weeping was the loss and pain he knew Martha and Maria Magdalena felt, and that caused Him to weep. He had compassion. *

True agen. Jesus had compassion and suppose he might have wept for that but he still did send msg that the sickness wasnt unto death. Knowing he was the SON OF GOD and was performin so much MIRACLES... Dont u think that they would TRUST him in a time like that?? *

Lets say u had a friend who works miracles like that, and he sent word that he would there and says that your brother, that is dyin or dead, is not unto death... Wouldn't u still have faith in him to do that, that he said he would? *

So just maybe JESUS WEPT not because of there pain they were feeling, but because they never TRUSTED his DIVINITY and KNOWIN who he is and what he could do... Same with our lives today. We dont TRUST him enough in our situations knowing NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE to him... So even when things r down, DEAD and BURIED... Nothing's to hard for HIM... Those dreams, desires and doors that was SHUT in your life, r now OPEN, ALIVE and POSSIBLE throu our SAVIOUR... Amen *

Jesus is 100%human and 100% God,when He wept the bible was revealing samthng to us that when we are in pain He can also experience that pain more than us.It is not because He was asking himself O God Lazarus is dead how am I going to raise him up no,He is resurrection.He understands pain and another thing when we are hopeless that pains Him 4 we are to believe that He is,our lack of faith pains him,unbelief pains Him.I think that's why He wept. *
