If any one does their homework sabath is friday sunset to sa ay sunset thus sa ay is sabath. That is why most calenders show it that way. The roman cathlic changed it many years ago to please them and at that time they ruled. That is why their is confussion. And yes sabbath should be kept holy. *

Hi Nomsoboy what do I bet you that you have been approached buy some adventists( I used to have adventistic neighbours and someimes obseving the sabbath was more inportant to them that soul salvation, read what 6J0 sent you, he knows the scriptures quite well. We should go to church everyday and give God a tenth of our time because we want to, not because we have to, so but most people hold a Service on Sundays to celebrate the resurection of Christ which was o a Sunday. *

please read these carefully. The law of Moses was originally for the Jews who observed the law. There was over 300 laws they had to observe apart from the commandments. If anyone chooses to live by the law, he will be judged according to the law. But in that case you cant single out one or two laws and ignore the other over 300 laws. You have to observe every one of them including animal offerings and sacrifices. Jesus basically annulled these laws by His once for all sacrifice, he was also the first in breaking the sabbath law by doing work on a sabbath. There remains 1 sabbat day for all of His children, when we enter into His rest forever to b with Him. *
